Can Artur Martirosian Capture a Record Sixth GGPoker Super MILLION$ Title?

Artur Martirosian Three people are tied on five GGPoker Super MILLION$ titles each: Michael Addamo , Niklas Astedt , and Artur Martirosian . Addamo was not among the 176 entrants this week, and Astedt fired three $10,300 bullets before calling it a night. However, Martirosian managed to navigate his way to the nine-handed final table, where the majority of the $1,760,000 prize pool awaits.

Martirosian returns to the fray armed with 846,554 chips, a quarter of the number of betting tokens in the chip leader’s stack. That sounds like Martirosian is on the ropes, but his stack contains 21 big blinds, so he is hardly on life support right now. He does, however, need to improve his position sooner rather than later less he wants to find himself at the mercy of the push-or-fold Gods.

Roman Novoselov is the man in pole position when play resumes, courtesy of his 3,412,707 chips (85 big blinds). Novoselov has $195,000 and change in GGPoker winnings, a sum he will more than double should he finish third or better tonight. Being a relative unknown quantity among a flurry of stars could just work in his favour.
