The World Poker Tour (WPT) announced the dates of its World Championship festival. The event will be held from December 3-23 at Wynn Las Vegas. This poker festival will have the WPT Prime Championship run from December 8-14 while the World Championship will be held between December 14-21.
The live poker brand is also hosting the Ladies and Seniors events which will be held from December 14-15 and December 18-19 respectively.
WPT Global also posted the news of the World Championship festival on its Twitter handle. With the WPT Global President, Alex Scott talking about online qualifiers for the World Championship listed on WPT Global’s platform.
WPT will announce the full schedule in a week’s time as per the post shared by WPT on Twitter.
This announcement comes very close to when WPT Global postponed its Fall Festival and no further update has been shared by the online poker platform.
WPT’s World Championship and WPT Prime Championship events should provide ample high octane poker action on the live felts. WPT Global has made the deal pretty lucrative for online poker players.
