Incredibly, the Cai’s are not the only couple to move on to day 2, as both Angel (331,000) and Toby Boas (259,000) are among the remaining contenders. Kennie Garrison Day 1C drew 241 entries, blowing away the 124 made on day 1B and 75 of day 1A. The chip leader at the end of day 1C is Kennie Garrison with 909,000. He won a big preflop coin flip on the final hand of the night, with his AK outracing the QQ of two-time CPPT bestbet Jacksonville main event final tablist John O’Neal. The 832A10 runout saw O’Neal knocked out on the bubble, while Garrison bagged up by far the largest stack of any player in the field.
