The 2021_ World Series of Poker Online_ $525 buy-in ‘Beat The Pros’ no-limit hold’em bounty freezeout event drew 1,594 entries, which created a prize pool of $797,000 to go along with the coveted WSOP gold bracelet that was up for grabs. In the end, the hardware and the largest share of the prize money was captured by Canada’s Jase Regina. He took home $75,342 in total prize money, with $32,856 coming from the main prize pool and another $42,486 in bounty payouts. The final day of this event began with 19 players remaining from the field of nearly 1,600 entries. Regina began in fourth chip position, with 2020 WSOP Online main event winner Stoyan Madanzhiev holding the chip lead when cards got back in the virtual air. Regina had overtaken the top spot by the time the final table of nine was set. Madanzhiev scored his first elimination at the final table when his A8 beat out the AJ of Alon Huberman. The chips went in on the flop with Huberman leading, but an eight on the river gave Madanzhiev a winning two pair and the knockout. Huberman cashed for $8,896 in total prize money as the eighth-palce finisher. Regina’s first knockout at the final table came when his pocket sevens came out on top in a preflop race against the K-10 of Sebastian Mueller.
