With 2022 entering the home stretch, some poker fans may be eyeing some of the game’s various rankings to see which players stack up. Adam Hndrix and Chance Kornuth continue showing big finishes at the top of the Global Poker Index rankings.

Stephen Chidwick has also surged to the top of the PokerGO Tour standings. Here’s a look at those races as well as some other leaderboards.

THE BEST SOCIAL POKER ROOM IN AMERICA

The GPI offers a look at some of the game’s best via several ranking systems. As of Thursday, Chance Kornuth held the spot as the No. 1 player in the world when it comes to the GPI continuous rankings. That remains unchanged since the last Rankings Roundup in August.

Kornuth has shown staying power after a nice summer at the World Series of Poker. That included a win in the $100,000 No Limit Hold’em Bounty event for $721,144. He also won the WPT Choctaw this year for $486,600.

In September, Kornuth also grabbed a win in PokerGO’s Stairway to Millions . Despite his big year, apparently even top players have some tough days, as Kornuth recently noted on Twitter. In September, he picked up a win in a $10,000 Poker Masters event for $192,400.

That followed a runner-up in the Stairway to Millions for $62,550. Hendrix is now only behind Kornuth in the overall rankings by about five points. The POY race is also close with Ausmus only about 20 points behind.

Ausmus recently won a bracelet and scored a runner-up in the WSOP Online at WSOP.com. He also grabbed a win in the Poker Masters for $204,000. Here’s a look at the top spots in the POY race. GPI overall rankings
