The ad is for an online poker game that has Shah Rukh Khan channeling his Don avatar. Fans of the actor declared this “better than Don 3” in the comments section. Another comment read, “This ad is a million times better than Don 3 whole announcement teaser.” In the ad, Shah Rukh is his charismatic self as he gets out of handcuffs just in the nick of time and calls out the bluff of the bad guys. Shah Rukh Khan played Don in two of Farhan Akhtar’s films when he brought back the franchise in 2006. Recently, Farhan announced the third part of Don with Ranveer Singh as the lead star. Farhan told BBC Asian Network, “Ranveer is amazing. He’s great for the part. He’s also, as you can imagine, really excited and really nervous, about the thing you’re filling some big shoes before you. But we went through the same emotional process when Shah Rukh did it and everyone was like ‘Oh my God, how can you replace Mr. Bachchan?.’That whole thing happened then.”
