The game in question is First Person Craps by live dealer casino provider Evolution. Casino operators were instructed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) on March 29 to remove the game from their sites.
Online Poker Report reached out to the PGCB to ask what had happened and whether the game would ever return. The regulator’s response: They [Evolution] were notified they must address some issues and re-submit the game to an independent testing lab. Exactly what the problem is remains unclear. However, it’s probably something minor, or specific to Evolution’s Pennsylvania studio. The same game remains available at New Jersey online casinos , as well as gaming sites in Michigan , so it appears those states’ regulators are not concerned. Multiple sites affected
