888poker Teams Up With Battle of Malta to Host Online Satellites – The weekly satellites will award a $1,700 prize package for the BoM main event in October. Online poker operator 888poker has once again joined forces with the Battle of Malta live tour to allow poker enthusiasts to qualify for the flagship main event in October, PRO can reveal.
This is the third time the pair has inked a deal to host online satellites on the 888poker platform for Europe’s most extensive tour, the first time since 2019.
Every Sunday, at least one package worth $1,700 will be awarded via qualifiers which cost just $55 to enter. The first qualifier will run this Sunday, August 14, with a series of satellites running around the clock for buy-in starting at just 1 cent.
The Battle of Malta live tour returns for the second time this year, running this time around in the usual autumn window from October 4 to October 12.
