The organizers are still tallying the final numbers and the press releases are yet to be published. But, based on official event reports from organizers, supported by the PokerNews live reporting team, PRO has crunched the numbers: The 52nd Annual World Series of Poker paid out $237,986,230 million in prize money.

It collected 127,245 entrants over 99 gold bracelet events, of which eleven of these were played out online. It marks the third largest series in history by total prize money awarded, and the second largest in total entries.
