As the World Poker Tour’s 20th anniversary season rolls on, the tour announced yet another tournament stop this week. The company returns to Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida , in November for the $3,500 WPT Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open .

This becomes the third stop at the property this year with the main event running Nov. 25-30. Poker players can expect a $2 million guarantee. “Our previous Main Event for this festival more than doubled the guarantee,” tour CEO Adam Pliska said in a news release. “The enthusiasm for these events has been remarkable, and I look forward to continuing our ongoing streak of bigger and bigger prize pools for the RRPO main event.” Details on the series

Those heading to South Florida will find additional tournaments as part of the series running Nov. 16-30. A $400 Deep Stack tournament kicks off the festival with $1 million guaranteed.

All series players are eligible for WPT’s Player of the Festival leaderboard, awarding a $1,100 WPT Prime Passport to the winner.

In Season 19, the RRPO broke multiple records for prize pools and attendance. The $3,500 Main Event produced more than 1,500 entries for a $5 million prize pool. Lithuania’s Gediminas Uselis (pictured above) took the title for $778,490. “I look forward to continuing our tradition of highly-anticipated events this fall,” Seminole Hard Rock tournament manager Jason Heidenthal said. “We’ve been planting seeds to make sure Hollywood is considered a poker player destination for years, and the upcoming festival will continue to accelerate that momentum.” The tour’s subscription online poker site ClubWPT will offer qualifiers for the upcoming event.
